christa.fm collects as little as possible: a phone number so christa can text you about new music, and an email address only if you choose to give one. nothing is ever sold.
what is collected
- phone number — required to join the text message list.
- email address — optional, only if you enter it.
- consent record — the wording you agreed to and the date and time you signed up, kept so the opt-in can be verified.
there are no advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be created by the hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
how it is used
your phone number and email are used only to send you updates about christa's music — releases, shows, and announcements. they are not used for anything else, and they are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
who it is shared with
your information is stored in a hosted database and sent through a messaging provider so the texts can actually reach you. these providers process the data on christa.fm's behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. information may also be disclosed if required by law.
no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. text messaging opt-in data is never shared with anyone.
how long it is kept
your details stay on the list until you opt out. once you unsubscribe, the number is removed from active messaging; a minimal record of the opt-out may be retained so you aren't contacted again by mistake.

- reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
- email hello@christa.fm to request a copy of your information or ask for it to be deleted.
children
this site isn't directed at children under 13, and information isn't knowingly collected from them. if you believe a child has signed up, email us and it will be removed.
changes to this policy
if this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. messaging terms are covered in the terms of service.
